Everything was nice here. The location in the city was absolutely perfect, not far from the main shopping area. In fact, it was located near the centre.

Its private bathroom consisted of a shower, a hair dryer, and guest toiletries. It was located in a shopping area near to good restaurants, and cafés,.

Thoroughly enjoyed hypoallergenic pillows provided in advance. They had kitchen, prepared our dinners there. Location was magnificent, close lots of places, such as St Peter Apostle Church we wanted to visit. The staff was excellent and we met the owner.

The place had a private bathroom, and Alain was the best host.

Alain was the best owner ever. The bed was exceptionally comfortable to sleep in. It had a good and stunning setting not far from the main shopping area, bars and restaurants, and landmarks.

Comfortable beds, powerful showers, and thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine and tea pot. Fantastic, accommodating host who is easy to contact and quick to respond. I recently stayed at a modern apartment in the heart of Leamington Spa for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with the main shopping area, parks, and restaurants just a few minutes away. The apartment was spacious and well-presented, with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire place was clean and warm. The owner was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. They even provided a parking permit for convenient on-street parking. it was a fantastic stay with all the amenities we needed.

The communication with the owner was extremely easy and quick, and the apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was conveniently located and had ample space, making it comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed and the owner provided fast responses and excellent service. The street parking included was a bonus, and the WiFi worked well. I highly recommend this apartment for a enjoyable stay.

Although the apartment was great, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The lack of blinds in the living room where the spare bed was placed made it a bit inconvenient.
